An other Web app I’m starting to use. It’s just like 3M’s post-it notes. There’s not much to say, only that it helps organize ideas. It’s always availlable, it only need a browser or it can even be use with an OSX widget.
Web application
Found a new web app yesterday. Well it was pointed out to me by a friend. Gliffy is a web base Visio. It’s pretty cool and works great. It is now in my directory of Webtools that I use.
I steal music too, I’m not gonna say I don’t.

This dream machine comes with all the goodies and the batterie life any laptop...
Online web apps.
I’ve been looking around online apps like in my last post. It’s been a while now, at least half a month, and I can say that it works for me.
I dont use that much apps every day, only a handfull. I’m not someone who do a lot of documentation, I have Microsoft Office installed only for reading received documents. I rather use Page from Apple. It’s smaller, faster, lean...

Tax return.
Hey! I’m getting a s**t load of cash from my taxes! I just can’t believe it. I wasn’t waiting for anything and my CA called me yesterday to give me the good news. That’s just great. It’s maybe time to upgrade my computer.
Or… I don’t know, so much possibilities..! ;-)
New Macbooks
Ah crap, the rumors have just announced new Macbooks. Too bad it feel short. They are only updates. Same old thing, only faster, more disk space a bit smaller, 0.1lb lighter and dual layer optical drives. This is not what I was waiting for.
I’ll have to wait t’ill WWDC and see if they’ll unveil new Macbook pro.
Format / reinstall...
There comes a time when you need to reinstall your OSX. I’ve been putting this task off for too long, the day has come and this is what I’ll be doing in my spare time today.
XBOX 360 Elite
I did it, I got myself a XBOX 360 elite. I didn’t replace my old one when I got robbed. I’ve been waiting for some cool games. I’ve mostly been waiting for Halo 3. But hey, they have a new model out with a nice big harddrive, HDMI output and a new black case. So I said to myself this might be the good time to bye one again.
I manage to get some kind of a rebate, I’ve...

Online apps.
Let’s get back on yesterday’s post.
I’ve been using Meebo all day and all I can say about this service, it’s really good. I don’t have any bad comments about it. It’s either clean because you use it in the web page “desktop” or you can have multiple windows just like any IM on you desktop.
As for Google docs, my first impression are not very...

Like many, I’m looking at all those web 2.0 apps and I’m wondering if I could take all my digital life and work online and only using 2 to 5 desktop application on my computer.
For now on, I’ll be using different web apps for my day to day online life.
Meebo - Online instant messaging app. Combines all your IM in one place, ICQ, AIM, Gtalk, MSN.
