It’s a bet!
Well, we made a bet at the office. We bet a 100$ that we will loose 20 lbs. We’re 6 to take that bet. That’s 500$ to be won to the person who looses his 20 lbs. Our boss added an other 100$ and a consultant did the same. So now, the pot is at 700$. That’s pretty good.
Since this week, I lost 4 lbs. I’ve stated to loose weight since 3 weeks ago and I already lost 8 lbs. I’ve only been working on eating well.
So right now, I don’t drink soft drink anymore. I eat smaller portion. I try to eat a good large breakfast, a smaller lunch, and a soup or fish for dinner. Basically, I’m cutting all bad habits, except for one day a week, and I go out of my way to eat healthier.
So now, I’m beginning the One hundred push ups plan. I need to work on my body health and take some muscle to help loosing more weight.
I’ll keep you posted, but here’s my beginning weight, 204, and this morning, I was 195.4. That’s pretty good.
