My 2009 Resolutions

Like everyone, every years, we tend to make resolutions.  Well I’m no different, I did some last year, but I can’t find them.  I probably didn’t do any of them.  And now since 2008 is almost over, I made some new one that I’ll be working on them in 2009.  I hope I’ll be able to find them next year to see how much good I did.

Here goes my 2009 list:

  • Practice meditation, at least 3 times a week.  This will help anger management and achieve a more zen like life.
  • Drink and try more tea, drink tea 2 times a day.
  • Do sports more often, go climbing, snowboarding and to the gym at least 5 times a week until I’ve lost all the extra weight (30 pounds) then 2-3 times a week should help me keep it off.
  • Loose more weight and gain muscle, this goes with the previous resolution.  I already lost 15 pounds, lets work on the rest (in all 45 pounds).
  • Eat more healthy, goes with previous resolutions.  Stop eating fried food, eat more veggies.
  • De-clutter and get rid of *the* useless, this is vague, I need to find out what to get rid of.
  • Do more photography, get out and take photos, once every 2 weeks or once a month.
  • Work on my debts, try clearing one debt.
  • Try to work on a sleeping schedules that will give me time to do everything.  Like go to sleep when tired and always wake up at no more than 7h.  

That’s about it.  I don’t need a long list.  Some points may be converted to one.  If this list was too long, I don’t think that I could be doing all of it.
